I am researching both my paternal (Ratliff) and my maternal (Amerine) ancestors. At the present I am seeking information on Mullenex Ratliff, born about 1663, in or around Rappahannock, VA and any information re his ancestral line. His parent's names were Emanuel (Emmanuel) & Anna Ratliff. The name of Emanuel's father was, I believe, Molyneux Racliffe. On my maternal line am seeking information on Henry Amerine, born around 1706 in Germany or Switzerland, married to Florette Vattier born around 1710 in Germany or Switzerland. They had children but the only one I am aware of is the son in my line whose name was John Henry Amerine (Amrine) born in 1732; married to Sarah Picony in 1757; he died in 1804/1805 in Bedford, PA.
