My ancestors come from Massachusetts. Many settling in the Dennis,Massachusetts area for over 300 plus years. Those ancestors surnames are Baker,Studley and Berry. These ancestors were Mayflower descendants. They were mariners and Captains of sea vessels down on Cape Cod. Some of my ancestors homes are now historical society property. Including a home that Theophilus Baker built in Dennis,MA in 1801. This is known as the Jericho House. Its last known resident was Emma Baker and that was in the 1960's. It has now been preserved for all to visit. Also my Jacob ancestors were farmers from Nova Scotia who settled in Lynn,MA then to Deep Creek,Idaho then back to Lynn,MA. They were farmers. Yes you guessed potato farmers and also other veggies I am sure. When they came back to live in Massachusetts the Jacob sons lived and worked together as pattern makers for the big shoe factories in and around Lynn. I have some unanswered mysteries in my tree, but am still continuing to search any leads I may come across. Any new info will be added as soon as its confirmed. Thanks for visiting my home page
