I am creating this Web Page in hopes that someone will know more about my family.
John Martin Hatfield Sr. married Pheobe ??? there are no dates to my knowlege. The only child I know of that they had together would be John Martin Hatfield Jr.
John Jr. was born on July 31, 1829. He married Martha Jay on September 6, 1849. Martha was born on September 25, 1830 and died on March 5, 1863. John Jr. was a painter in Montgomery Co. Kansas in 1884. Martha's parents were Jay and Lebitha Hockett (also shown as Labitha Hackett).
John Jr. and Martha's children are:

Albert Wesley b. October 5, 1851 at Mr. Pleasnat, IA; d. Feb. 7, 1922 at Boone, IA; m. Addie Maxfield on June 29, 1857 in Sycamore, IL; Addie died on March 13, 1937 in Boone, IA
William Wiley b. December 19, 1853; d. 1915
Henry Snaford b. October 16, 1855
Marin Monroe b. April 18, 1857; d. August 1884 in Jewell Co.
Hiram Vinton b. April 19, 1859; m. Rhonda Hinter in 1884
Charles Edmond b. October 31, 1861
John Jr. re-married to Maria Ann Butler who was born on January 3, 1835
Their children were:
Martha Launa b. March 9, 1864
Lewis Elmer b. Mar 31, 1866
Eva Laura b. Mar 19, 1868
Marvin Howard b. May 19, 1870
Francis Harvey b. September 17, 1872
John Preston b. March 11, 1875
John Jr. re-married again to Amanda Smith, but there are no dates.
