I am researching our ancestors with surnmes of Andrews, Bean,Bissell, Earnest, Groves, Hartman, Harkey, Helmkee, Koppleberger, Licey, Lightfoot, Murray, Newton, Quick, Royal, Scott, Shaw, Stauffer, Tage, and Webster. Harvey & Nancy Newton Webster traveled by covered wagon from Canandago, N.Y. to Medina or Summit County in 1840. Their daughter, Jennett (b5-15-1841 d 10-25-1923) m Ebenezer Bissell(b1833 d7-26-1896). Their son Jay(b1859 d5-12-1902) m Dora M. Licey. I am their grandaughter, Barbara Joan Bissell Earnest Reed. Dora Licey's parents were Levi S. Licey (b2-25-1834 in PA d 2-19-1899 in Ohio) and Mary Koppleberger daughter of Tobias. My maternal parents are traced to Daniel Lightfoot (b 1768 in VA d 1840-1850 in Ohio) m to Chaterina Salome Schmidt and Jacob Helmkee m Sarah Harkey 10-10-1865 in Ohio Also seeking info on ancestors of Abraham & Margaret Stauffer (circa 1800-1900) in PA ,Sylvester Earnest b 1852 d1910 in Palmyra, OH married Hattie Bean(b1874 in Linesville, Pa. d1906 Hattie is a descendent of Theunis Thomaszen Quick m Belitjtgen Jacobus at Naarden, Holland March 9, 1625 first records in New york- Nov 1640
