I needed to go back into the past and find out who and where I was and where I came from. Today families are so Dis-Jointed with no real understanding or connections with those that paved the way before them. Recently, before the passing of my mother, she told me "that when a person dies, a Library of information dies with them". She was so right! I am proud to have the oppurtunity, to do my family's research.I want to know the who the where the when and hopefully the why so I may pass the "LIBRARY" down to future generations. I want those who will blaze their own trails long after I am gone to rest assured that they know who they are, where they came from and take some pride in passing it along. I am researching the Sheridan/Dotson and the Foster/Ronfeldt lineages. Most Of my success in making connections has come, from others researching their own families and somehow finding people in common. I am grateful for those who are reaching out to preserve personal heritage.Keep up the wonderful work! God Bless! Good Luck in all your researching, Never give it up! It is That Important!
