Denton Camery (son of James Monroe Camery and Susan Wilson) was born July 01, 1846 in Knox Co., Ohio, and died December 12, 1911 in Toledo, Tama Co., Iowa. He married Violet Elizabeth Arb on November 16, 1869 in Tama Co., Iowa.
Notes for Denton Camery: Came to Tama County with his parents in 1864. Enlisted in 1864. He was engaged in implement business in Toledo from 1870 to 1893. He then engaged in real estate until his appointment as postmaster in 1906. Member of school board for 6 years and president for 5 years.
