Mary Jane McVey (daughter of William McVey and Catherine Brannigan) was born October 28, 1885 in Harts Building, Blantyre, Lanark, Scotland, and died September 15, 1923. She married John Lyden on December 12, 1909 in St Johns, Uddingston, son of John Lyden and Mary O'Neill.
