Ronald Wallace Reynolds formerly of Pinesdale, Montana who is the son of Royal Willard Reynolds of Hamilton, Montana who is the son of Jesse Berkley Reynolds of Salt Lake City, Utah who is the son of Levi Burt Reynolds of Mount Pleasant, Utah who is the son of James Burt Reynolds of Indiana who is the son of Neunom Reynolds an early settler of Churchhill, Maryland.
The family has searched for over forty years for the origin of Neunom Reynolds. Two of his early decendents say he came from England while others have tried to tie him in with other early residents of Maryland (there is no proof to be found to substantiate the latter only an educated guess of the occurance of the name Burt).
The only records we have located are census, land, and a will of both Neunom and his second wife. The early church records of Churchill the town where he resided have been destroyed and there appears to be no other church records of him in the area.
