I was born in 1956 on November 20. An adoptee, I'm searching for biological family members. I only recently learned my birth name, James David Rhodes. My mother attended Teacher's College in New York. She was dating my biological father when she became pregnant. My father offered to marry my mom, but she declined. She aspired to be a teacher or airline stewardess. My Polish father aspired to be a contractor or electrician. I was adopted through the Talbot Perkins adoption agency in Manhattan, NY, which is now no longer in business. To my knowledge, the only ones who knew about the adoption was my mom's mom, my mom's uncle (her mom's brother), and my uncle's son. I am looking for biological parents and/or siblings. I have tons of non-identifying information, but can't find my parents names, the key to finding them. If anyone can help, I would certainly be appreciative.
