RIBBLE, My father's line
My Family story starts with myself and my siblings raised in Young County, Texas. Our Ribble line has been in that area since 1856.
My father's maternal line is DILLINDER (DILLENDER, DILLANDER).
The Dillinder's and Lynn's came to Texas from Missouri. They settled in Palo Pinto County, Texas. My great great grandfather Andrew Jackson Dillinder fought for Confederacy during the Civil War.
My great grandmother on the Ribble line was Zuma Perry Tipton. Her father Samuel Houston Tipton fought for Confederacy during the Civil War.
PHINNEY, My mother's line
The Phinney's and HIbler's met in Denton County, but moved and married in Young County in the 1920's. My great great grandfather Isaac Clark Phinney fought for Confederacy during the Civil War.
