I am just beginning the research of my Great Grandfather Marion Thompson, born in northern Pennsylvania about 1885. I believe he was raised by his aunt and uncle do to the early deathes of both parents. He was married twice, first wife name unknown. His second wife, my great grandmother, was Ellen Cornish. He had 3 children from his first marriage and 6 children with his second wife.

In addition, I am also researching my great grandfather Michael Galek emmigrating to the U.S. April 30, 1912. He was of Polish ethnicity. He arrived in America on the North German Lloydes ship, the Mains that departed from Breman, Germany. My great grandmother Margaret arrived 1 year later on the Cassel, bringing 3 children with her.
