Primarily interested in the RICKWALT surname in America. The line begins with Albert and Mathilda (ROHR) Rickwalt's arrival
in New York aboard the German barque "Columbus" on 2 January 1873. The family travelled from New York to Detroit Michigan, then to Sagetown, Henderson county Illinois. From there they
returned to Michigan and settled in Wells Township, Tuscola County Michigan. Other possible spellings of the name may be:
Reichwaldt, Rickwaldt,or Reichwald. My goal is to find our where my family came from. All I know is that they left Bremman in 1872. I have absolutely no clue as to where they lived in Germany. Other lines I am interested in by marriage are:
LEWIS, HORNER, ROHR, BORCK, AND PEASE.
