I was born in Slough on 23rd February 1946, I married Wendy Anne Minns in 1970. My father's name was Thomas William Rider and he was born in 1898 in Slough. My mother's name was Mary Elizabeth Stevens and she was born in Clewer Nr. Windsor. My Grandfather, Thomas Rider, was married to a Mary Gomm. He was also born in Slough in 1873, his father's name was James Rider and he was born in Reading in 1837 and he was married to Sarah, maiden name unknown, she was born in 1839 in Wycombe. Believe James' parents name to be James Rider and Elizabeth, maiden name unknown. My mother's father was Albert Barton Stevens born in 1871 in Clewer Nr. Windsor. His wife's name was Julia Reilly and she was born in 1875 in Macroom Co. Cork S. Ireland. Albert's parents were James Stevens born in 1829 and Charlotte Rebecca, maiden name unknown, born in 1832. Julia's parents were Daniel Reilly and Julia, maiden name unknown.
