I have names and certificates for family ancestors living in Chicago during the 19th century. Some death certificates indicate European origins, such as William Murphy from County Claire, Ireland and his wife Mary Brew from County Limmer..., Ireland.
I'm particularly interested in maternal lineage details but find even the basics, such as surnames, difficult to find on paper.
I've begun a webpage for these clans but have limited information. I'm interested in discovering methods which would inspire living clan cousin groups to participate in a joint genealogy effort, online.
There are only a few Czajkowski individuals of my mother and her parents' generations left. I wish I knew of definitive steps in seeking them out and documenting their potential interviews. I'm very interested in digitizing any certificates and historical photographs they may posess, for publication on our website(s).
I'm interested in documenting foreward generations at a stable website to time indefinite.
