Decendants of The Increase, a ship landed in 1613 Updated November 9, 2000
About Our Family Research
My name is Sheridan Kay Riley (Carolla). I have traced our family history to the Pittman's of Georgia, specifically Daniel N. Pittman, who relocated to Mississippi in the mid-1800s. His daughter, Mary Jane, married John Waymon Riley. I have much more specific information. If this link is of the decendants of John Pittman and John Pittman, Jr. of Georgia, then our link traces to the landing of the Increase, a ship that landed in the early 1600s, and we are decendants of Peleg Rogers (his son married a Pittman daughter). The Rogers and Pittmans are from Devonshire, England and were (maybe still are) good friends.
