In the name of God, Amen. I do make this my last will and testament so it was ordered by the Almighty for man onst to dy and after death to Judgement. First, I will my soul to God that gave it to me and my body to the grave and to be decently buried and all my just debts to be paid and as to my worldly goods I gave and bequeath to my beloved wife, Patsey Collins all my real estate and personal goods during her natural life or widowhood and then my son Sidney Collins I gave and bequeath to him 75 acres of land north of my tract beginning at my maple corner running east through the tract for conpletement and I gave and bequeath to my son Hiram Collins 750 acres to begin at my red oak corner on the oar hill run east to the River Gate Branch. There being a balance of 25 acres I have marked out for my daughter Juriah Finney where they now live on that I have made no write for but if I survive I shall do so my Executor must do so if not and as to my daughters Mary Castevens and Bethelhelm Morrison, Juriah Finney I wish them to have all my personal part of my estate to be equally divided at my wifes death and my daughter Elizabeth Sisk I bequeath and gave to her one dollar out of my personal part of my estate and as to my son Jesse Collins I heretofore gave him all that I allowed for him the above is my will and I subscribe my name to this in the presents of us under my hand and seal I appoint William Day Esquire my Executor.
