Elmer Harris Smith was by occupation a construction worker. He was about 5'11", 155 pounds had blue eyes and black hair. He was a high school graduate. Personality wise he was slow moving, and some say sad and bitter. His daughter Willie Bea states that he wasn't always like that, however. After the death of his wife Earle in 1955 he was just never the same. He died in April 1973 of Leukemia.
