Hello, my name is Fa'amamata M. Ripley. I am currently residing in American Samoa. As I was growing up, I was always told that the Ripley's in American Samoa was originated by a man by the name of Ned Ripley. He was a very tall man, and very talented in architect. The talent had spread out to all my ancestors, and now I'm trying to find out the common names that most Ripley's have. WHich are Robert, Richard, Eric, Edward, and Aurthur. What connection do the Ripley's from elsewhere have with us. I heard that the last name is not a common last name. Can any of the Ripley's out there help me trach the Ripley's Origin? Thank you....
