Roberges of North Dakota

This genealogy.com site is dedicated to the memory of our Dad, Edward Roberge. He was born on 13 Jan 1926 and died 19 August 1991 leaving his wife and seven grown children with a great void that will never be filled. The September after his death we were left to harvest the garden that he had planted in the spring. He was happy tending his vegetables. He had planted asparagus that summer for the first time. It was just coming up and he was pretty excited about his new plants. Now the garden is gone - the farm is sold - but his love of gardening lives on in at least 3 of his children. And every spring we reminisce about his past garden crops and our future garden crops and dearly wish he were still with us. We miss him more than words can ever express. And so, our beloved Daddy, this site will hopefully chronicle the information collected in the search for family ancestors from us through you and beyond to your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and earlier.
I have now received information from a very generous cousin that bring our family tree all the way back to Jacque Roberge born 1620 and will get that data on the family tree. And so the adventure continues....
