My name is BLAIR ROSS,
and I was born and raised in NEWTON MILLS and DEAN SETTLEMENT, Nova Scotia. My grandfather, on my father's side, my father and one of his brothers were blacksmiths, from about 1900 to about 1970. I have been working on my family tree since 1975 (30 years). At this point in time i have been able to trace some of my lines back to 1560 in SWITZERLAND and others to about 1800 in SCOTLAND. So far I have about 5000 names in my tree and am trying to find 5000 more, over time. I am in contact with relatives from ALBERTA, NOVA SCOTIA, OKLAHOMA, CALIFORNIA.
