The material I have on the Ellefson families was given to me by my mother Freida Ellefson Longdo.It was given to her by her cousin Ella Ellefson Gilberts. Ella and her father Ole Ellefson wrote down the names of family tree. Ella also wrote AS I REMEMBER ; a story about the family. A copy of the manuscript is at the University of Wisconsin U.S. and the Historical Department of St. Olaf College.
