This is my first venture into making a home page for my genealogy trees. I welcome any corrections, additions or comments (good or bad). I chose the Blakeslee line as it is so
interesting to me. Obed Blakeslee was called the Popcorn King as he raised and sold so much popcorn.
I have some nice links to other web sites and will add a picture of the family farm house which was drawn by artist, Marilyn Van Antwerp and reproduced on note paper.

  This is my Family Tree on the Blakeslee line. As I get new information, I will update this file. Obed and his wife Melissa Blakeslee lived on a large farm in Cass County, Iowa. Obed built his wife a beautiful house. They hired many farm-hands, my grandfather, Elliott Reynolds was one of these men. He married Obed's daughter, Inez Blakeslee. When Obed died he left a farm to each of his six children.
