Carl Ross come to America when he was 14 years old.His family
settled first in Minnesota. He became a minister and Profesor
at Concordia Collage, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He married Emma
Streissguth 1881. They had 12 children-eight boys and four girls.
Rev. Ross earned his Doctrate degree from the Missouri Lutheran
Church St. Louis, MO. He tought Hebrew, Latin and German at
Concordia. He died in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 1937.
