I am researching the Russell family who have strong ties with the village of Ingoe, Northumberland, England. They leased the local coal mine until the 1890s. I have some documentation about the mine but am interested in gathering more. After the closure of the mine my grear grandfather became a Coach Proprietor and it would appear that his wife, Frances TAITs family were in a similiar business. I am prepared to share all information about my Russell roots. I also have connections with the URWIN family of Chollerton/Brunton and Matfen and again I am more than happy to share |
