I am searching for my Great-Grandfather, John Martin who was married to a full-blood Cherokee, named Alice.

Their son was Houston James Martin, my grandfather. I know they had another son named Samuel Martin, who is buried in Rockwood TN.

My mother, Lillie Bell Martin told me that they came here in a covered wagon, when my grandfather was a young boy.

They lived in Cherokee Nation, OK before coming here.

If anyone has anything that would help me, I would be so thankful
