A few weeks ago it came over my mind that it would be nice to sit with my parents and ask them about their families. So I did and I have taken notes of everything they could remember.
Basicly, they were fairly sure about 3 or 4 generations back, but further (earlier ancestors) and wider (cousins and their children) it started to get all messy. This genealogy thing has trapped me totally. But now I am away from home and will be for 4 more months, so I cannot make trips to see our living relatives in different locations, search in the cemeteries etc...
I don't have the notes with me here and I don't remember much, but I have decided to start with everything I remember and as soon as I come back home, start pushing things a bit :)
