Trying to locate anyone with the last name of Young, Chase, Stockstill, or Hance,Hanse. Joseph and Ida Mae Young are my grandparents. I was named after her, her parents were Joe and Sara Jane (Jeannie)Chase. Sara Jane was the daughter of John Stockstill and Julia Hance. I have no info on my grandfather, Joseph Youngs' parents. Joseph was born 1861 in ARK. and Ida May 1872 was born in Missouri. They had 8 children, Rosa 1890, Calvin 1891, Jessie 1893, Roy 1895, Effie 1897, Theadore 1904, Gordie,(my father)1906 and Ester 1908. Last child to die was Gordie, 1964. I am told that Julia Hance is a full blood Cherokee Native American. I can't find any record other than a pedigree chart that was filled out by my cousin Clarence Smith,(son of Jessie)in 1972. This is where I obtained this info. Any help would be appreciated. Ida May Saenz
