My mother, Laura Iris Phoebe Orella Cholmondeley-Saigo, had always said "Fullah". I never understood until I started my first job at the Public Library in POS, Trinidad and had an opportunity to delve into genealogy. She was right! We are of the Fulanis of West Africa. Ghana, to be exact. All those accounts of Mitchie Johnson were accurate afterall...

I have always been facinated by family history and would love to meet as many of my kin as are out there. Our family tree is extensive but I have narrowed it down to just Mummy and her parents and their lines.
