I am searching for Joseph Sauve who married Marie Berube in the Riviere du Loup-Rimouski area of the Gaspe Penninsula about 1825-1850 (from the marriage of their son Achille Sauve to Mathilda Pepin, 1904, Ville Marie, Quebec.). I believe That Achille Sauve was born 1851-1852 as Achille Laplant son of Joseph Jules Laplant and Marie Perpeue Berube
Archille Laplant disappears after his marriage to Angelle Levesque in 1877 and Achille Sauve only appears in the census of 1911

I am unable to trace Achille Sauve or his parents prior to the marriage in 1904 in any census, Drouin books or family tree
Our familly tree also includes Desroches, Dubois Teeples Proulx, Gibaulault, Vennes
