my family research has been nothing short of non existance! i know nothing about my family, either side. mostly due to the fact that my father died when i was very young in 1973 or 1974..I'm not too sure but i believe it was 1974. then there is my mother's side..rather sad. She didn't know her mother at all, due to the fact that my grandma died only 6 short months after my mother's birth. maybe the year 11949-50? not too sure. either of us know much about her, but we want to get to know her; such as where her family immigrated from, the origin, nationality and the meaning of her last name as well as surname(s). it' hard only knowing a small part of who you really are or knowing very little if anything at all about your loved ones. I need HELP, PLEASE! I'm new to this and tend to get upset easily due to lack of information or not being able to locate your family's background. thank you so very much. God Bless.
