I have researched the Downs family for the past 10 years and have over 600 names. I am descended from John Downs of Kent, England, from his son Ebenezer. I am 11 generations down. At 7 generations there was Rollin Calvin Downs, married Emeline Moffit they had two sons. Edgar Rollin Downs and Arthur Cheney Downs. Arthur was my great grandfather. Edgar was his only living brother and he had a wife named Hattie M., I was not able to find her maiden name. Her parents were born in Europe. Mother from Germany and father from England. I am trying to find out more about Hattie M. Downs. Any information would be appreciated.
