My family research goes back accurately to 1809 when my great, great, great grandfather Henry Alfred Scutts was born. I am not sure how many children he had but believe it to be more than the one who I have listed as my Great Great Grandfather Alfred Charles, born in 1854. He was a cooper by trade and run the Prince Albert PH in Northfleet, Kent during the 1880's. I have a Census of 1881 and 1891 than shows him living at The Prince Albert PH 62 Shepherd Street, Northfleet. He had 7 sons and 2 daughters. The first 3 sons being Ernst, Alfred and Albert. I have a photograph of all 3 of them taken about 1879 when Ernst would have been about 5. Alfred had 4 sons and 1 daughter called Eva. Eva later married Basil (Joe) Jagger and had a famous son called Mick who started the Group the Rolling Stones. Ernst my great Grandfather had 4 sons, (Richard, Arthur, Albert and Ernst) and 1 daughter Claira. Neither Claira nor Ernest had children but Albert had 3 daughters and Arthur (my grandfather has 2 sons and one daughter. The Eldest Trevor is my father and was born in 1930 in Dartford. Dartford and Gravesend was synonomous with The Scutts family back to 1854.
My father Trevor had 3 sons, Michael(b1957), Peter(b1959) (me) and David(b1961) plus a daughter named Catherine(b1969). I now have 3 children James(b1987), Amy(b1989) and Sam(b1991). We all live in Gravesend. My eldest brother Michael lives in Bermuda with 2 children (Simon and Mark) and my brother David lives in Shorne, Kent.
