Glass, Watson, Fowler, & Seders' of West virginia Updated December 11, 2004
About Our Family Research
The Glass family of Rondolph County, West Virginia, had a Civil War soldier in James W. Glass, who served with the 6TH Maryland Infantry. He was wounded at Bull Run. The Watson family also of Randolph County has suffered thru several personal tragidies. A young wife with a young daughter dying in a house fire, A young father and son working away from home is electrocuted, another young father and son dying in a tractor trailor accident and another young expecting mother, not being able to cope with the pressure of the 30's, killed herself to mention a few. The Fowler family from Monongalia County, West Virginia, I'm still trying to research. So far, the Seders' family most noted person was a renowned carpenter who also served in the Civil War with the 14th WV Calvery Company "A".
