The William Seddon Family of Tennessee and Georgia Updated June 24, 2001
About Our Family Research
Compiled with the help of my dear Aunt Polly from her years of research covering the entire world and my Uncles E.H. and Tommy. Uncle E.H. drove me all over Grainger County and showed me the family home sites and cemeteries containing my ancestors. Without Uncle Tommy, I would have not known of my colorful Dalton family. The research points I visited were cemeteries of Grainger and Knox Counties of Tennessee, the Federal information center in Atlanta and the East Tennessee Historical Society in Knoxville Tennessee. A lot of my information was gathered from records of my late Aunt Elsie, who with Aunt Polly, wrote down names, places, events and dates of my ancestors. Information was also gained from the book about The Daltons by Nancy Samuelson, and many, many Email contacts.
