The Sepanek family originated in Prussia to the best of my knowledge. Michael Frederick Sepanek came to the U.S. after having served in the Prussian Army under Kaiser Wilhelm. His wife Bertha Tafel came to the U.S. and they were married here. They had two sons, Arthur and Oscar Frederick and two twin daughters, Bertha and Bernice. Arthur and the twins had no children, and O.F. married Mary Margaret Miller and they had two sons, Donald Miller and Robert and one daugher Virginia. Donald Miller married Helen Hamilton and they had six children - Gail, Linda, Donald, Ronald, Sherry, and Patricia. Robert married Betty Ruth Funk and they had two sons, James Robert and Robert Jr. Virgina married Harold Corkin and they had one son Shawn and one daughter Sharon. James Robert married Darren Seidler and they had two girls, Danielle Alyssa and Lia Marie. Robert, Jr. married Linda Cook and they had two sons Michael Robert and Logan Charles and one daughter Kendall Elizabeth.
