My name is Jacqueline RASCO-Marte, now Mrs. Jackie Marte-Serino. My family and i have been searching for my grandfather, in behalf of my mom, whose name is Charlita RASCO marte, married to my dad, a respected municipal councilor in our place. My grandfather's name is JESSIE JAMES RASCO, he was an american Marine Soldier during World War II, hes last fight was in Papua New Guinea and since then, nothing is heard from him... my mom memorized the address of his dad in hilltop, chulavista village, san diego, california. we tried our best to keep in touch of him for the sake of my mom but to no avail...my late sister even wrote a letter to former President Reagan and Mrs. Nancy Reagan answered her letter by sending us lots of papers to be filled-up but my mom dont remember anything, especially after her boarding house got burned by fire and all the pictures of her dad is there. My mom grow-up and now getting older without knowing who her father is, she long for a fatherly love and affection, i just want to make my mom happy..we are not after of anything...we just want to know the whereabouts of my long-lost grandfather.. dead or alive...
