My relatives have resided in Shamrock, Wheeler County, Texas and have as far back as I can remember. Many of them are currently living there at this time. The few of us that wandered away have truly lost contact with our family roots and I would like to change that.
My father is Connard Odell Seymour, the son of Carl Herman and Alma Mae Seymour. My father, grandfather and grandmother are deceased; however, I have many aunts and uncles currently living and I believe most of them are still in Shamrock, Texas. I have for the past two years been researching our family history to include the original emmigration of our ancestors. I have run into many road blocks as usually is the case when researching family emmigration. I was told as a child that my relatives emmigrated from Ireland to America. I have not been able to find anything to substantiate this. I would like to not only find out the names and relationships of many more of my relatives for the purposes of passing down a real FAMILY TREE
