I have a letter back from the Office For Patents, Liverpool, dated July 9th 1909 to Messrs Rathmill & Thorley, 4 Ellison St, Stockton Heath, Warrington re. "Improvements in Aerial Propellers" stating that his filing for a patent is provisionally protected for 6 months; but a complete spec of the invention must be filed within that 6 months.
