I am the granddaughter of Herbert and Susan Wagner. My mother, Laura Alma Sheppard lost her mother when she was about 16 months old. Her father Herbert took her to live with her mother's sister, Louisa Wagner Bumm and never returned. I am searching for any information concerning my grandfather. I understand he was married to a second wife, last name Woolker & had two daughters. Where or when any of this took place, I do not know. Was hoping to find a death or marriage certificate that perhaps would list not only his death date but his parents names etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
