This is a project I dabbled at during my high school years, in the Dark Ages before the Internet. The cuurent project is a result of me deciding to try out this new-fangled idea of computers. The county library system provides it to me FREE, which is a price I appreciate. So, on February 23, 2001, I began teaching myself how to use technology to research my roots. I have done alright so far, and have met a number of "cousins" along the way. Thank you to the vast majority who are helpful and encouraging, even when I am wrong, which is often. Bear with me, I may figure out yet what I am doing!
A note about dates: this program will not allow such labels as about (@), before (<), after (>), or ? So, any year not proceeded by a day and/or month is likely my BEST guess! Please contact me direct if you have a better guess, or a document that can settle the question.
A note about sources: much of my info came from other researchers. Some is documented, but most is NOT. If you can prove or disprove any item, or add detail, please e-mail me <pjrdsis@hotmail.com>. I gladly share all I find, and try to graciously accept correction (especially if it is gently given).
