I have been able to trace the Domholt family tree back to about 1500. I had a previously researched tree going back to about 1700 and with further reasearch have gone back the additional 200 years. My problem now is that even though I have all the names and most of the important dates and locations, I am not finding any real documentation on anyone. I know they existed, I have the vital information but, I am not finding any Domholt information on any of the genealogical pages and searches. I am hoping that someone can provide any information they have on the Domholt family, marriage/birth/death certificates, photos, letters, anything. We originated in Gol, Buskerud county, Norway. First on the Froysok farm and then the Domholt farm in 1823. Most ancestors came to America in the late 1800's and early 1900's, living in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and North Dakota. Thank you for your help!
