The United States of America is by tradition & heritage the land that our roots are deep seated. We can on one level trace those roots back to the pre-revelutionary days of an English cultural rebelion against tenants of kingship and taxation without representation. We do, however, recognize that the herritage of this family goes beyound its roots. The Tree that sprang from those roots planted by our four fathers are what make our family truly citizens of the States that make up this glorius & divourse nation.
Our family records inculude documentation/pictures - diareys - historical docomentation of native americans, Irish, English, German, African American & even those so confused that they opted to make question marks on the cences forms. I personaly like that, it makes a statement as to who I am not, yet assures me as to who "I AM"! What is that? I am a citizen in the most democratic - representational country in the world! What is more, I have a documented history that lets me know that my ancestors believed in those roots and ideals as firmly as I do.
I dedicate this site to my children and grandchildren. Please journey with me through time and our family history to see how things were and why we need to thank those individuals for what we are today.
