In the fall of 2003 I became interested in finding the ancestry line of one Anthony K. Snow originally from Newport News, VA. Through the search I have been able to find numerous connections to other families. The surnames that came up thus far are as follows:
Snow, Hargraves, Miles, Epps, Tyree, Taylor, Hardy, Moore, Calloway, Holmes, Charity, Angle, Bradby, and Sanders
The plan is to continue searching to find who Mr. Snow's parents, parents, parents, parents, parents, etc. are. I plan on continuing the search till the connection is made with slaves coming to Virginia or to a connection with Pocahontas of the Powhatan tribe in the early 1600s. Thus far one family line, Charity, I have dated back to 1796.
