Claus Nissen NIELSEN b.1853 in Aalborg, Denmark came to Australia
in 1871 on the ship GUTENBURG as an assisted immigrant to settle
at KEPPEL BAY QUEENSLAND.
Claus' father was Neils Christian.
In 1877. Claus married (LUTHERAN ) Catherine SHARROCK in Rockhampton and they had several children.
I have found (2) Claus NIELSEN deaths in Queensland but the
d.o.b. is not right as is the name of the Spouse.
As I cannot find a death entry for the Spouse either I must assume that they left Australia.?????
