we are trying to connect our family to other Sorrow's. this what i know:

John Roy Sorrow married Katherine Hoover around 1935 to 1943 in Hoover's Gap(now murfreesboro), or nashville, TN they had two sons, John Sorrow and Palmer Sorrow. He left when Palmer was 5, about 1948. He was in the navy and took his family back and forth to visit his ship in norfolk, va. no one has been able to locate him after extensive searches. heresay he went to VA. While katherine was alive she wouldn't give any info on parents or his social sec. # i don't have my research in front of me but i have found three Sorrow graves in Spring Hill cemetary in Nashville, tn all records do not indicate if they are his parents. they are: Cordella Idell Sorrow, John Hobart Sorrow well i'll get it later.

I have two boys and i am doing heritage scrapbook for ea. and need to connect this for them.
