Mar 8, 1702 Robert and Susannah Tyler sold 500 acres, called "Mary's Delight" to a Col. Henry Ridgly.
Mar 29, 1705; Robert and Susannah Tyler sold 104 acres of "Tylers Discovery", to Matthew Mackebey.
Roberts wife Susannah died and Robert married a Mary Dodd.
On Mar 9, 1720 Robert Tyler, Merchant, and Mary his wife swapped 140 acres to Benjamin Duvall [the uncle of his first wife] for 200 acres in Howertons Range.
Will of Robert Tyler was dated Dec 29, 1735. He leaves to his wife Mary, 1 half of dwelling plantation. To his daughter- in- law, Elizabeth, the widow of his son Edward, use of 350 acres where she now lives, until grandson, Samuel arrives at age of 21.

Will dated 29 December 1735 and probated 24 August 1738

He was the son of Robert and Joan. His planation was named "Brough" and
in 1670 was surveyed in LPatuxtant Hundred 750 acres., it was resurveyed
and was found to 720 acres, 520 acres possessed by Robert Tyler and 200
acres by Dr. Moore.
He married before 1694 Susanna, daughter of Maureen and Susanna Duvall.
They had eight children, his second wife was Madam Mary Dodd, who was
probable born Mary Stanton. There were no children from this marriage.
She later married Rev. Jacob Henderson
