My Family are natives to St. Elizabeth and Westermoreland, some migrated to Montego Bay, St James; Portland; Kingston: Spanish Town, St. Catherine. Many have left to the United Stated, Canada, and England.
My Grandfather Eutan Spence, I was told, had 25 children. The first set of 16 an a second set of 9. The 9 appearently ended up in Portland bit the first 16 were from Balck River, St Elizabeth.
Catherine Green(e) is usually called "Miss Kitty" and settled in Ipswich, st. Eliazbeth.
Joseph Samuels is usually refer to as "mengo" and is of Indian and African heritages and is from Holland, Westmoreland where there is and Indian compound (setlement).
The Grants are said to be Jews,African, and British, and also possibly some Portugal heritage. Zachy Grant worked for the court system in St. Elizabeth.
