MY NAME IS CHERYL ANN SPURLOCK MY FATHER WAS SAMMIE VAN SPURLOCK FROM THE TEXAS AREA HIS FATHER WAS WILLIAM HIS MOTHER WAS FLORA BELL JONES I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT ANY OF THEM OTHER THEN MY DAD HAD A FULL BROTHER NAMED JOHN BYRD SPURLOCK A half BROTHER NAMED WILLIAM SPURLOCK A HALF SISTER NAMED POLLY HINES AND A HALF BROTHER NAMED DEWEY HINES THEY ALL LIVED IN THE TEXAS AREA AROUND HOUSTON MY GRANDFATHER WILLIAM MCKINLEY SPURLOCK WAS BORN ON NOVEMBER 18 1897 THATS ALL I KNOW MY FATHER WAS BORN OCTOBER 20 1927 OR 1928 AND PASSED AWAY ON DECEMBER 8 1976 IN ALBANY OREGON IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU THE SPURLOCK FAMILY IN NYSSA OREGON The william spurlock i'm talking about here is also known as bill hines his mother was married to my grandfather william mckinley i've found more information on my family, william mckinley's father was john bird spurlock son of byrd spurlock jr and his dad was byrd spurlock sr.i have more names and the byrd's wife's i will add to this later i hope this help's other's out or if you have information that would help me i would be thankful.
