I am researching the Lynn family and have traced (partially) through the Goodwins to Charles Edward Goodwin of Prince William County, VA. Also, earlier there was a Major James Goodwin who obtained land grants in Westmoreland County, VA sometime before 1660. Would like any information on the Chesterman family in Virginia.
