In 1914, Peter Sublet & Everline Thomas were joined togther in holy mattrimony. The ceremony was preformed by Uncle Coleman Kennedy. Peter and Everline had ninteen children which included four sets of twins( deceased).
This Reunion is dedicated ot the loving memory of our Parents, The late Peter Sublet, Sr, and Everline Sublet, and to our brothers, the late Peter, Jr. Joseph Sublet Sr. and Elmer Sublet Samuel Sublet Sr. & Willie Bell Sublet
Also, to our, sisters, the late Frances Sublet Johnson, Dorothy Sublet King, and Lue Bertha Sublet Hatch, Perlethea Sublet Porter, Alene Sublet Walker.
This is the first gathering of the sisters and brothers and their Family for a reunion since the homegoing of our Parents. It is our Prayers that we our children. our children, children, and their children's children will come togther the Sunday before Labor Day each year to felloeship in love and get to know each other.
Let us Pray for this gathering today, and for those in the years to come.
